Tsipora Claudia Ann Berman, M.Ed. RYT, RSMET is a master holistic educator, Movement Therapist, yoga instructor and science teacher, holding a B.S. in Natural Resources from the University of Michigan, a M. Ed. from Antioch New England Graduate School and certificates in k-12 Teaching ( University of New England), Kripalu Yoga and YogaDance, Reiki, Breema, Positional Release Therapy, and Shamanic Healing.  Her movement training includes Body-Mind Centering, Improvisational Dance, Contact Improv, Authentic Movement, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, Bioenergetics, Hakomi Methods of Expressive Therapy, and various yoga forms.
For 30 years she has been involved in progressive educational alternatives that honor experiential education as a journey of discovery for the body, mind and spirit.  During this time she has taught a creative, integrated curriculum in every grade level pre-K-through HS and including inservice and pre-service courses and workshops for teachers through school districts and local colleges.  She also founded and directed a non-profit science school before creating her own yoga studio.
The focus of her current work is on teaching mindfulness for children and adults, in and out of classrooms, offering experiences with nature, art, music, movement, meditation, yoga, and bodywork. She works one on one and in small groups with people seeking wholeness, transformation, inspiration and joy.
